About us

I would love to say that this is an about us page, but in reality, it's just me - though I hope it only stays like that for a bit. Don't worry, I do have people helping me here and there to be sure SheFriend delivers quality services.
A few years ago, I had to pick up my life and start over again. As it happened, I realized that in the process of that I have lost a lot of friends. Networking events was/is not my forte, and my small talk skills are minimal. I used to say, I wish that I could rock up to that cool girl from the gym and say "Would you like to be my best friend?", Just like my 8-year-old does, sounds so easy! This bothered me so much that I thought, "Ain't no way, that am alone in this" - so I decided to come up with SheFriend.
There are a few other great options out there, giving women the opportunity to create great friendships, but somehow for me, I felt that it was not quite making it - something was still missing, and I am trying to bring just a fresh option to help women create great friendships!
